Contains both the 1808 (Cambridgeshire only)and the 1810 (Cambridgeshire and the County Palatine of Chester) title pages and the following Advertisement from the authors explaining the delay in the Chester part and subsequent publishing of only the Cambridgeshire section. 296pp. plus xxii Index. Illustrated with an engraved folding map of Cambridgeshire and a further 32 engraved plates, many of them folding and one hand-coloured. Occasional offsetting from plates and occasional light foxing. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. A little faint rubbing to leather of binding, else a VERY GOOD COPY.
