Small engraved bookplates to front pastedowns. Some foxing and handling marks, occasionally heavy, plus a few small water stains, most noticeable to frontispieces (please see photos). Roan spines and corners rather rubbed, particularly top outer corner of upper board of Volume I which has last part of the top surface (again, please see photos). Marbled boards rather scuffed and edgeworn. A Good+ Set.
