LIMITED EDITION, of 750 numbered copies, of which this one is 571. Large 8vo. hardback in quarter cream vellum, gilt with blue marbled paper-covered boards, with original dust jacket. [xx] + 326pp., with b/w portrait frontispiece plus b/w wood-cut chapter headpiece illustrations by Andrew Johnson. A clean copy with no markings or inscriptions. Light foxing to top and untrimmed foredge. Lower edges of boards rather scuffed, spine a little darkened. Lightly soiled dust jacket has had small piece cut from spine beneath 'Limited Edition' and replaced with small piece of paper on reverse. Small area of soiling to front cover where a sticker has been removed. A few closed tears and small chips to edges. A VERY GOOD COPY in Good+ Dust Jacket.
