Sixth Printing 4to. green cloth hardback with decorative gilt titles to spine and upper board, in unclipped illustrated dust jacket, in dark green presentation box with colour printed illustration to lid. 271pp., illustrated with 12 tipped-in colour plates by Detmold, with captioned tissue-guards. Ink name and squiggles to ffep. Light foxing to endpapers and foredge. Dust jacket a little rubbed and edgeworn. Green covering of presentation box lid peeling at corners and Colour plate somewhat soiled and with a few faint scribbles (please see photos). One corner edge of lid and one seam of lower box split. Overall a VERY GOOD COPY in Good+ Dust Jacket, in Good Presentation Box.
