8vo., in full old black calf gilt, with gilt decorations to spine, and decorative gilt borders to upper and lower boards, marbled endpapers and gilt dentelles, a.e.g., blue paper-covered boards with paper spine; [xii] + 328pp, with one engraved plate. No previous ownership inscriptions or annotation. Light foxing and a few small marks to endpapers, boards rubbed and edgeworn, scuffing to spine ends and outer corners. Good overall.
