Volume II: 311pp., Indexed, illustrated with 8 b/w plates and 11 maps, 1 folding. Pencil signature and date (1919) to early blank of Volume I and ffep of Volume II. Occasional pencil underlining and notes in margins. Inner hinges stretched to Volume II, very slightly to front inner hinge of Volume I. Light wear, soiling and rubbing to covers but overall a Good+ Set.
