Decorative engraved calligraphic title page with vignette illustration, decorative calligraphic Contents page, large folding Map of Ireland, divided into Provinces and Counties with hand-coloured outlines to borders, plus 32 Maps of Counties, also with hand-coloured outlines. Modern bookplate to front pastedown along with rubber-stamped signatures to front and rear pastedowns and ffep. Occasional light foxing, mainly to prelims. The maps in beautifully clean and crisp condition. Some fading to maroon cloth spine and edges of boards, slight wear to top and base of spine and corners, and very slight rubbing to boards (please see photos). A VERY GOOD COPY.
