6 Novels in 5 Volumes, complete. Small 8vo. (approx. 17.5 x 11cm) hardbacks in limp red leather with decorative gilt titles to spines and upper boards. t.e.g. All volumes illustrated in b/w. Northanger Abbey has a small ink inscription, dated 1917 to ffep. All other volumes free of previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Slight tanning to free endpapers, else internally bright and clean. Light rubbing to spines with some wear, rubbing and very slight loss to tops and bases of spine except for Mansfield Park spine which has a centimetre or so loss to top and base, has a split to leather up the centre and splitting to hinges. Very slight rubbing to all corners and a couple of faint scuffs to boards. Overall a GOOD SET except Mansfield Park which is a Sound copy only.
