TEXT IN FRENCH. 316pp. Text plus 16 steel-engraved plates, one as frontispiece, four wood-engraved plates and a couple of vignette illustrations in the text. Old engraved armorial bookplate and small modern bookplate to front pastedown. Occasional light foxing, heavier to prelims. Leather to front hinge beginning to split but binding firm. Slight wear to spine edges, heavier to corners and lower board with some strips of top layer missing (please see photos). Overall a Good+ Copy.
