Title page with vignette by Aubrey Beardsley also tissue-guarded. Authors include Henry James, Max Beerbohm, Arthur Symons, Henry Harland, Edmund Gosse and Arthur Waugh. Illustrators include Aubrey Beardsley, Sir Frederick Leighton, Walter Sickert, Will Rothenstein and Joseph Pennell. Previous owner's bookplates to front pastedown and ffep. Occasional light foxing, heavier to prelims and untrimmed foredge. Spine and board edges rather darkened with age and light wear to top and base of spine with a couple of small splits to cloth. Overall a VERY GOOD COPY.
