Engraved portrait frontispiece, but of Francis North, Lord Guilford (about whom Roger North also wrote a biography, mentioned at the end of the Index) instead of Sir Dudley North. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. One inch closed tear to portrait frontispiece. Leather of spine hinges beginning to split but binding still tight. Some wear and scuffing to covers. Overall a Good Copy.
