With 30 tissue-guarded engraved plates, the pages for each section being individually numbered, plus two other illustrations within text. Small, old circular bookplate to front pastedown. Possibly lacking ffep and half-title. Old repairs with cloth tape to front and rear inner hinges, foxing to edges, endpapers and to varying degrees throughout, dampstaining to lower outer corner, affecting text block and boards, boards a little marked and with wear to outer corners and spine ends.
