[4] Dedication, [18] Preface and Errata, [4] Contents, [2] Advertisements, 363pp. plus [13] Index. Illustrated with 6 Folding engraved plates, the sixth with small closed tear and slight crease. Small ink number and letters to ffep. Occasional light foxing, slightly heavier to prelims and foredge. Lacking title label to spine which is lightly rubbed at edges. Corners also a little rubbed and worn and a few light scuffs to boards (please see photos). Overall a VERY GOOD COPY.
