New Edition, Corrected and Enlarged. 16mo. (approx. 16.5 x 9cm) hardback in full contemporary tan calf with raised bands and decorative gilt to spine. All edges speckled scarlet. TEXT IN FRENCH. [14], 286pp. illustrated with 13 full page wood engravings plus decorative head and tailpieces. Old ink signature appears twice, across top and centre of title page. A few other pages have faint ink markings in margins as though from blotting. and last leaf has many small spatters of faded brown ink. Very occasional light foxing. Small old worming holes to side and base of spine and light wear to top and corners. Overall VERY GOOD COPY.
