Volume I: 556pp. plus [11] Index, illustrated with 30 woodcuts in text and engraved vignette and initial to Dedication. Volume II: 602pp. plus [9] Index, illustrated with 63 woodcuts in text plus 14 plans of parterres. A clean set with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Very occasional light foxing. Endpapers slightly soiled and closed tear to rear pastedown of Volume II. Slight wear and loss to title labels. Boards slightly scuffed and with a few tiny flecks of white paint. Lower hinge of spine of Volume I just beginning to crack. Overall a VERY GOOD SET.
