Book I illustrated with 2 large woodcuts. Book II with 1 large and 1 small woodcut and 20 Plans of garden layouts. Book III with 4 small and 6 large woodcuts. Book V with 3 large woodcuts. The Chasse de la Loup with 14 large woodcuts and the Tuning Fork section with 12 diagrams. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Some light foxing and offsetting, occasionally heavier. A few lower edges of leaves opened clumsily. Small hole to top of p.345 and small area of loss and small hole (old worming) to lower outer corner of p.467 with slight loss of text. Small area of loss to top of spine (please see photos) and a few minor scuffs to boards. Small mark of white paint to outer edge of upper board. A VERY GOOD COPY
