Fairly modern rebind with new endpapers, starting with title page. viii, 394pp. plus 5pp. Index and Instructions to binders. Illustrated with 7 engraved plates (6 folding), mostly showing patterns for espaliering fruit trees. Old faint ink signature to top of title page. Very occasional light foxing. Edges to a couple of plates a little dusty and title page slightly browned. A couple of leaves have slight loss to foredge where they have been clumsily cut. A few slight scuffs to spine, else a VERY GOOD COPY.
