FIRST EDITION 8vo. bright orange cloth hardback with yellow titles to spine and upper board, in unclipped dust jacket. 111pp., with colour frontispiece, 32 b/w plates of photographs and 15 line drawings within the text, all by Beaton. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Occasional light foxing, mainly to prelims and foredge. Slight fading to top and base of cloth spine. Dust jacket has 3cm loss to top of spine and a number of closed tears and chips to edges. Overall a VERY GOOD COPY in Good dust jacket.
