FIRST EDITION Folio modern maroon clothbound hardback with red title label, gilt, to spine. 848pp., profusely illustrated in b/w throughout. Also contains (very tatty) loose Art Supplement "Designs in Wood Carving" issued with Work No. 53, March 22, 1890. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Occasional light foxing and handling marks with all edges very slightly browned. Sides, top and base of spine lighlt rubbed and worn. Overall a VERY GOOD COPY.
