Large 8vo., bound in full light green blind-stamped cloth, with gilt decoration to upper cover, a.e.g. [vii] + 268pp, with 21 tissue-guarded black and white engravings, including frontis. A clean copy with no previous ownership inscriptions or annotation. First gather is detached but present, occasional light foxing and browning, text block becoming detached from boards, boards a little sunned and rubbed at edges, both boards with areas of soiling. A Good, Sound reading copy.
