LIMITED EDITION of 200 copies A4 portfolio of brown card containing 6 sheets of titles and text, one original linocut of "My Cat Wife" and 10 other prints (Cat, Boats, Parrot, Vicious Pet, Humpty Dumpty, Punting, Horse and Cart, Little Cat, Crabs and Alarm Clocks). Edward Bawden made and gave the linocut "My Cat Wife" and the reproduction rights of this and the other ten prints to the Royal College of Art to raise money for student needs including bursaries, materials and equipment, made necessary due to the cuts in government educational grants for students and colleges. A clean set with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. A few tiny chips to portfolio edges, else a VERY GOOD SET OF PRINTS in VERY GOOD PORTFOLIO.
