[xvii], 515pp., Indexed, tissue-guarded b/w frontispiece, foldout two-colour map to preface, b/w illustrations, plates and maps throughout. Ink name, address and date (1891) to top of title page and modern bookplate to front pastedown. Occasional light foxing, mainly to prelims and foredge. Inner hinges stretched a little with endpapers splitting. Some wear to top and base of spine, edges and corners with mottling to spine and boards (please see photos). Overall a Good Copy.
