First Edition. 8vo., dark green buckram-bound hardback gilt, with gilt insignia to upper cover; [x] + 241pp, indexed, with colour frontis, 3 other colour plates and many in black and white, plus foldout black and white map to rear pastedown. A clean copy with no previous ownership inscriptions or annotation. Foxing to edges and endpapers, boards rather rubbed and a little worn at edges, spine ends beginning to fray. A Good copy overall.
