FIRST EDITION. Large 8vo., black clothbound hardback, gilt; 111pp, with 50 b/w tipped-in plates. One previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown and another's to ffep. Foxing to edges, endpapers and occaionally lightly throughout, some slight rubbing and edgewear to boards, spine lettering a little dulled. Good overall. (No dust jacket).
