Half-title, title, 4pp. Dedication, xv, 1 page Errata, 442, [ii], 60, [ii], 8pp. Index. Title page printed in black and red with engraved vignette of the Theatre. Illustrated with 11 maps/plans, some folding, 1 page musc, 1 page folding chart and 20 engravings on 17 leaves. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Occasional light foxing. Some of the folding leaves are a little dusty at the edges with a few closed tears. One page corner lost but not affecting text. Some wear and rubbing to edges and damage to rear board and top of spine (please see photos). Overall a Good, Handsome Copy.
