Large 8vo., green clothbound hardback, with gilt lettering to upper cover, with unclipped dust jacket; frontis + 1pp dedication by William Hole, followed by 21pp of facsimile musical scores + 2pp end note by Otto Erich Deutsch. Clean copy with no previous ownership inscriptions or annotation. Dust jacket rather sunned and edgeworn with a few chips and closed tears, light foxing and a few splash marks to front cover. Overall VG in a Fair to Good dust jacket.
