All volumes have the armorial bookplate of James Milnes Stansfield to front pastedown and his signature to ffep (also to top of title page of Vol. III). All volumes have occasional light foxing, mainly to foredges and plates of Vols. II and III. Vol. I has split hinge between main text and Publisher's prospectus, resulting in last few pages a little proud. Otherwise bindings nice and firm. First plate in Vol. III partly detached. Light wear to tops and bases of spines and corners otherwise a VERY GOOD SET.
