FIRST EDITION 8vo. red clothbound hardback, gilt. 252pp with three full page woodcuts and 31 text illustrations by Eric Ravilious. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Light foxing to edges and occasionally throughout, title page almost detached, some soiling to boards, spine faded and a little marked. A Good copy overall. No dust jacket.
