FIRST EDITION Large 8vo. dark blue buckram-bound hardback, gilt. [xv] + 126pp., indexed, illustrated with 9 b/w plates and 4 maps. Modern armorial bookplate to front pastedown. Light soiling and foxing to prelims and top edge. Light sweeping marks to boards (possibly made by binder?) otherwise a VERY GOOD COPY.
