8vo. mid-blue clothbound hardback, gilt in original dust jacket, [xxxv] + 193pp., indexed, illustrated with b/w plates and a large folding map at end. A clean copy with no previous owners' markings or inscriptions. Occasional light foxing, heavier to prelims and foredge. Dust jacket browned to spine and edges with some light wear to edges and 5cm closed tear to front cover. Overall a Very Good Copy in Good dust jacket.
